Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the VIS contractor network. VIS reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion. All applicants must pass a background check at their own expense ($35 non-refundable fee) prior to being accepted.
All contractors agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information, proprietary processes, and any Protected Health Information (PHI) encountered during service delivery. Violations of confidentiality obligations may result in immediate termination and legal action.

Enterprise clients engaging VIS for customer support services are subject to separate service agreements. These Terms govern general use of our website and inquiry process only. All enterprise engagements require a signed Master Service Agreement and applicable compliance documentation.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others. You may not use our website to transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content.

VIS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to VIS in the three months preceding the claim.
